A 24-hour grace period allows cancellation with a full refund only if the booking was confirmed at least 7 days before arrival. After this period, cancellation at least 30 days before arrival results in a refund of 50% of the total stay. Less than 30 days before arrival, no refund is granted for the nights booked. No refund is made for a shortened stay or a no-show.
