Standard check-in is from 4:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. Early check-in at 2:00 pm or late check-out at 12:00 pm can be requested, but must be approved in writing by the owner. If approved, a separate payment link is sent.

For bookings made more than 30 days before arrival, guests may pay the full amount or a 30% deposit. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately.

The tourist tax is €2.28 per night and per adult. Guests under 18 are exempt.

A security deposit of €500 is required before arrival. It covers possible damage and is refunded after departure, less any justified repair or restoration costs if applicable.

Yes. Box Apéro is €22 per person, Box Dessert is €8 per person and Box Brunch is €25.50 per person. Ordering at least 24 hours in advance is recommended. Special requests are confirmed by the owner.

A 24-hour grace period allows a full refund only when the booking was confirmed at least 7 days before arrival. After that, cancellation at least 30 days before arrival gives a 50% refund of the total stay. Less than 30 days before arrival, nights are non-refundable. Shortened stays and no-shows are non-refundable.

Guests are welcomed in person whenever possible. If needed, access can be arranged through a secure key box and instructions are sent on the day of arrival after the stay and security deposit are fully settled.
