Practical Info

Standard check-in is from 4:00 pm. Check-out is by 10:00 am. Early check-in at 2:00 pm or late check-out at 12:00 pm may be requested for an additional fee of 20 EUR, subject to written approval from the owner and availability. If approved, a separate payment link is sent before arrival or departure.

Whenever possible, guests are welcomed in person and the keys are handed over directly by the owner. In case of late arrival or unavailability, access may be arranged through a secure key box. Instructions are sent on the day of arrival, once the stay and security deposit have been fully settled.

The villa accommodates a strict maximum of 6 guests. Pets are not allowed. The villa is non-smoking indoors. Parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours must be respected, especially between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.

A security deposit of 500 EUR is required before arrival. It covers any material damage or deterioration noted during the departure inspection. It is released or refunded within 7 to 14 days after departure, after deduction of any repair or restoration costs if applicable.

Before departure, dishes should be clean and put away, the fridge and freezer emptied, rubbish placed in the designated bins, used towels gathered in the bathroom, lights and air conditioning switched off, and all doors and windows locked.

The villa is equipped with a smoke detector and a carbon monoxide detector. CCTV cameras are installed only outside: parking area, entrance door and rear of the house. No cameras are installed inside. The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
